Server/Bartender

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, with precision and flair
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Experience in bartending or serving roles is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• A positive team player who thrives in a hospitality setting

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 44.0 per week
