Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and craft beverage expertise. Whether taking orders, mixing cocktails, or recommending wine pairings, you'll play a key part in ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, with attention to presentation and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes and develop new drink offerings to enhance the guest experience.
• Process cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and change handling.
• Provide detailed recommendations on menu items, beverages, and wine pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies like glassware, garnishes, and liquor bottles.
• Follow all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or serving experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, and spirits is required.
• Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting specialty cocktails is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
