Server/Bartender

Job Title: Server/Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence:
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drink pairings based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
• Order Management:
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
• Ensure timely and efficient service of orders, coordinating with kitchen staff and baristas.
• Follow all steps of service to provide the best experience to guests
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Bartending Duties:
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails, wines, and craft beers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Assist in training new team members in service protocols and bartending techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Help monitor and maintain stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Assist in weekly inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate in maintaining a clean and organized storage area for all supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a server or bartender role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu offerings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a smart serve certificate
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
