Server/Bartender

Big Tommy’s Parthenon is looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable Bartenders and Servers to join our team! We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations, tables, and bar areas.
• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other team members.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Help create a positive, friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, serving, or bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
