Server/Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance guest experience and promote specials or new offerings
• Ensure all food handling, safety standards, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
• Process cash transactions accurately while managing POS systems and handling cash with integrity
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and dining space, ensuring all equipment is in working order
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere while managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, experience with cashiering is a plus
• Extensive cocktail experience including mixology techniques and beverage recipe development
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, craft beers, and beverage trends within the hospitality industry
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders seamlessly
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math and food safety procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards preferred
• Basic math skills for billing, change calculation, and inventory management
• Previous experience in food service or retail math is advantageous; catering experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
