Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing top-notch beverage service. Your expertise in food safety and guest relations will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations, including bussing tables and assisting with guest services as needed.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices within a restaurant setting.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and menu items effectively.
• Previous experience in a nightclub or bar environment is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Exceptional guest relations skills, with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
