Waiting and Bartender Staff:

De Rada Restaurant and Terrace, a sophisticated new premium Italian restaurant arriving in Ealing, is seeking experienced and polished Waiting Staff to join our founding front-of-house team.We are looking for confident, personable professionals who embody true hospitality and understand how to deliver an attentive, refined dining experience. As part of our opening team, you will play a crucial role in establishing our service standards and shaping the guest experience from day one.What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-quality, premium restaurant environment.
• Cuisine Knowledge: Previous experience working within an Italian restaurant is a bonus
• Language Skills: Italian-speaking capabilities are a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol licensing laws.
• Presentation & Communication: Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a naturally warm, well-presented presence.
• Location: Ideally residing within a 1-hour commute of Ealing.
