Server/Bartender

As a Server, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, responsible for providing warm, professional service, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social settings and understands hospitality and food safety standards.

Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Take and process orders using POS systems (e.g., Micros POS), including handling payments and cashiering duties
• Serve food items while following proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas in line with food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to enhance the guest experience
• Manage multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy periods
• Restock supplies and ensure equipment is clean and in proper working condition
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including making change and basic order calculations
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS is an asset)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• A hospitality-focused mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
