Who We’re Looking For:

• We’re seeking charismatic and professional servers and Bartender who are passionate about food, drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidates are confident, personable, and knowledgeable — with a genuine enthusiasm for Indian cuisine and outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and energetic first impression
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including Indian fusion dishes and specialty cocktails
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Promote daily specials and suggest drink pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Provide attentive, friendly, and responsive service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service flow
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards

Requirements & Certifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting (2+ year preferred)
• Smart Serve Certification (required)
• Food Handler Certification (required)
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, multitasking, and sales skills
• Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English; Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
