Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, accuracy, and efficiency using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to elevate the guest experience through creative mixology.
• Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights or special events such as banquets or nightclub nights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably with fine dining or upscale bar environments (at least 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with bar management is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service regulations.
• Previous nightclub or banquet experience is advantageous; retail math skills are helpful for accurate billing.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude; ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings.
