Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to bartending standards and safety protocols
• Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines, maintaining high quality standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, bar counters, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food handling and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food service operations will help you excel in this role
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality experience that demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
