Server/Bartender/Host

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated server to join our team at Kairu Sushi and Noodle restaurant. As a server, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience and maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient dining operation.
• Operate cash register and handle payment transactions
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper sanitation practices
• Attention to Detail: Attend to every detail of the guest experience, from table settings to ensuring each course is presented flawlessly.
• Menu Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
