Server/Bartender/Kitchen

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders/servers/kitchen staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service, crafting delicious cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender/server/kitchen staff, in a fine dining or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices within the food industry.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
