Server/Bartenders

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age requirements
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender/Server or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service to customers
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
