Job Summary

Manghal Mediterranean Bar & Grill in Sunnyvale is looking for energetic, professional, and reliable Servers and Bussers to join our team.

We are seeking team members who are passionate about hospitality and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidates are friendly, attentive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and welcoming service.

Duties

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Assist servers and other team members during busy service periods
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Follow restaurant food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Help create a positive and memorable dining experience for every guest

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
• English required; Spanish, Turkish, or Arabic is a plus
