Server/Busser/Food Runner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server/Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service within the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Assist servers by providing support with bussing tables and ensuring that all dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or modifications from guests.
• Help maintain the flow of service during busy periods by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, embodying the principles of hospitality.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met while handling and serving food.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• A background in hospitality services is a plus, as it enhances understanding of guest expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the food industry and a desire to contribute positively to the team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour
