Server/Captain - 980 Prime (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences by taking accurate orders, explaining menu details, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, share daily specials, and anticipate dining needs.
• Order Management: Explain ingredients, check food allergies, take precise orders, and input them into the POS system.
• Food Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen to serve orders simultaneously, efficiently, and with appealing presentation.
• Table Maintenance: Conduct satisfaction checks, replenish drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly.
• Payment Processing: Present bills and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Teamwork & Compliance: Attend pre-shift meetings, support teammates during rushes, and strictly follow safety, health, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act regulations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1 year of recent serving experience in a reputable establishment preferred.
• Skills: Strong multitasking, friendly communication, time management, and basic math for handling payments.
• Reliability: Punctual, consistent attendance and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including routine evenings, weekends, and holidays.
