Server/Cashier

Job Summary:

Flyin Buffalo is looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our front-of-house team as a Cashier/Server. This position is responsible for creating a great guest experience by greeting customers, taking phone and in-person orders, and ensuring every order is packed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive attitude
• Take phone and in-person orders accurately
• Process payments and handle transactions
• Pack food orders with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Complete light cleaning and stocking duties throughout the shift
• Help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for every guest

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Compensation:
This is a tipped position. In addition to your hourly wage, team members can typically expect to earn $30–$50 in cash tips per shift based on business volume and performance.
