Server/Cashier

As a server in this establishment, you will be responsible for providing customer service while managing food orders and transactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience and that their needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system to process transactions and manage cash register operations.
• Handle food and beverages with care, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices.
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in food handling.
• Excellent communication skills, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good memory for taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
