Server/Cashier

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and "tourguide" them through the menu in a lively, professional manner
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions and handle cash register operations
• Manage cash drawer handling with precision, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed diligently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with clear communication skills
• Assist in merchandising efforts to highlight promotional items and new menu items effectively

Skills

• Strong cashiering skills with basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in restaurant settings is a plus
• Ability to perform retail math confidently for balancing registers and managing sales data
• Excellent communication skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Experience with upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with restaurant operations or similar environments is advantageous
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions at all touchpoints

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
