Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm to enhance guest satisfaction
• Process all sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Clover POS, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting in food preparation when needed
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices to uphold health standards at all times

Skills

• Experience with POS systems
• Proven ability in upselling techniques to increase sales while providing excellent customer service
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Background in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations
• Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality, guest services, and creating welcoming atmospheres
