Server/Cashier

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food, service and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This energetic position combines the art multi-tasking, efficient cash handling, creating a welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, taking meals and refills to table. Operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. PLUS TIPS

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Spot on
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper cash register operations and retail sales transactions.
• Assist in assembling orders, dine and to go handling food safely, and operating kitchen equipment when needed.
• Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and ensuring food safety compliance.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick-service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash register operations and processing cash transactions accurately.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
• Proven customer service skills with an energetic approach to serving guests in a fast-paced environment.
