Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and correct processing
• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, following proper food handling and sanitation protocols
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing via POS systems
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen workspace
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food industry practices
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to serve guests promptly while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with serving and cashiering roles is a plus
• Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
