Server/Cashier

You’ll handle cash and card transactions efficiently, promote our menu offerings through upselling, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems
• Process all sales transactions quickly and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments
• Proficiency with POS systems is highly desirable
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining high standards of service
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Experience in food safety practices, food handling, sanitation procedures, and food industry standards
