Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Process cash and credit card transactions smoothly while handling cash accurately
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and food prep zones
• Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and bussing tables as needed to support smooth operations
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems for managing guest seating arrangements
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed consistently to uphold quality standards
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations and handle any concerns promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
