Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Process payments efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions with precision, and give correct change
• Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen stations
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is advantageous

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
