What they need
We are looking for a friendly and professional Arabic-speaking Waiter / Cashier to join our team at a Moroccan sweets shop.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and assist customers with choosing Moroccan sweets.
- Handle cash, card payments, and the POS system accurately.
- Prepare and pack sweets neatly.
- Keep the shop, counter, and display areas clean and organized.
- Restock products when needed.
- Answer customer questions about products and prices.
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team.
Requirements
- English and Arabic speaker – required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and well-presented.
- Previous experience in cashier, sales, waiter, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic English is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
