Duties

• Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately handling retail transactions and cash drawer management
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies as needed
• Assist with stocking shelves and packing orders.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately
• Previous supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and bilingual abilities preferred for serving diverse customers
• Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash drawer handling with attention to detail
• outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills
