Server/Cashier

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices.

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings like nightclubs, is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
