Server/Cashier

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team! You will handle cash transactions accurately, process sales efficiently using advanced POS systems, and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Process cash and credit card transactions swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and sales recording
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, bar stations, and dining spaces
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous
• Experience with cocktail making, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service is desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations effectively
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus but not required
