Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions smoothly and securely
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to maximize sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to ensure a clean dining environment
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and adherence to food safety regulations
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest bookings efficiently
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting
• Maintain guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and other sales transaction processing tools
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Experience with cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service preferred
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations
• Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty
