Server/Cashier

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server/Cashier to join our team at our quick service fast food restaurant to work Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings. The pay is minimum wage, plus tips! As a key member of our restaurant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining area. The ideal candidate will have experience in a restaurant setting, a passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Duties**

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment

• Manage tables, take orders, and deliver food and drinks with a smile

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the tables, floors, and bathrooms

• Utilize POS system to process orders and manage cash transactions

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to customers

• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products

• Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales

• Work efficiently and effectively to maintain a high level of service during peak hours

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms

• Support the restaurant team by taking on tasks such as bussing tables and clearing debris

• Be responsible for handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating the cash register

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

**Qualifications**

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with culinary practices and the food industry

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

• speaking spanish & English a pluss!!!
