We’re looking for a Server/Cashier in San Diego, CA who enjoys working with people and can keep things moving when the pace picks up.

You’ll split your time between serving customers, handling transactions, keeping the front area organized, and supporting the wider team. It’s a good fit for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys a role where every shift can be a little different.

A Typical Shift Could Involve

• Greeting customers as they arrive, taking their orders, and making sure they receive friendly and attentive service from the start
• Preparing and serving food and beverages while keeping orders organized and moving efficiently
• Processing cash, card, and other payments accurately while handling transactions in a professional manner
• Answering customer questions about menu items, orders, services, and general requests
• Keeping tables, counters, service areas, and other customer-facing spaces clean, organized, and ready for use
• Checking stock levels and restocking food, drinks, packaging, and other supplies throughout the shift
• Reviewing orders carefully before serving them to make sure items are correct and presented as expected
• Working closely with other team members to keep service running smoothly during busy periods
• Listening to customer requests, resolving straightforward concerns, and involving a manager when additional support is needed
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including preparing the service area and making sure everything is organized for the next shift

What Makes You a Good Fit?

Previous server, cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, but we’re also interested in people who are reliable, friendly, and ready to learn.

You’ll need good communication skills, basic numeracy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay professional when the environment gets busy.

Training is provided on the role, systems, and daily procedures.
