Customer Service, Teamwork, and a Fast-Paced Shift

We’re looking for a Server/Cashier in Cleveland, OH who enjoys working with people and is comfortable switching between serving customers and handling transactions throughout the day.

You’ll help take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, answer customer questions, and keep the service area organized. It’s a hands-on role that would suit someone who likes staying busy and working as part of a team.

A Typical Shift Could Involve

• Welcoming customers and helping them with orders
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Preparing and serving orders according to company procedures
• Processing cash, card, and other payments
• Answering questions about menu items, orders, and services
• Checking orders before handing them to customers
• Keeping counters, tables, and service areas clean and organized
• Restocking drinks, packaging, supplies, and other front-of-house items
• Communicating with kitchen and service team members throughout the shift
• Handling straightforward customer concerns and requesting manager support when needed
• Helping maintain an efficient flow during busy periods
• Assisting with opening and closing duties

Flexible Scheduling

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities in Cleveland. You’ll work alongside a customer-facing team with training provided on the role, systems, and daily procedures.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

Previous server, cashier, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is helpful, but we’re also interested in people who are reliable, approachable, and ready to learn.

Training will be provided on the menu, payment systems, service standards, and daily procedures.
