Server/Cashier

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders to kitchen staff
• Process cash and card transactions swiftly and accurately, including handling cash handling and sales transaction processing
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktail service, wine knowledge application, and beverage upselling to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and food preparation as needed
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

• Prior food service experience in restaurants or food industry establishments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service in diverse settings
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service adds value to the role
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions efficiently during peak hours
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to boost sales revenue
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
