Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS software
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing tills at shift end
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to sanitation and health regulations for guest safety

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices within the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
• Experience in serving or cashiering roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork in fast-paced environments
