Server/Cashier

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will serve delicious food and beverages with enthusiasm, process sales transactions accurately, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within a lively food industry setting.

Hours are Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: 4pm - 8/8:30pm

Every shift includes a meal!

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
• Upsell menu items including specialty dishes to enhance guest experience
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and managing tabs effectively
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
• Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons/evenings, including holidays as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
