Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with attention to detail
• Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, including bussing tables and resetting dining spaces
• Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar platforms to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction
• Assist in food preparation or setup when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
• Support team members during busy hours by providing efficient service and maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales accurately
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with upselling techniques to boost sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing payments and giving accurate change

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
