Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process cash and card transactions swiftly, ensuring correct handling of sales and tips
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling, serving areas, and dining spaces
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in all aspects of service

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is helpful, but not necessary
• Experience with fine dining service or upscale hospitality settings is a plus
• Ability to take initiative, self- direct, and prioritize daily tasks
• Strong time management skills
• Background in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is important
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality excellence

Pay: $15.55 - $22.00 per hour
