We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Cook to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and sales transaction processing via POS systems like OpenTable.
• Upsell menu items such as drinks, desserts, or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, kitchen spaces, and ensure proper sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food prep, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing customer inquiries promptly, managing guest concerns professionally, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support beverage service including spirits experience, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, drink service, and responsible alcohol management.

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable; experience with OpenTable for reservations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine pairing, cocktail mixing, and beverage service enhances guest experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings.
