Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and adherence to food safety standards
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Assist in menu planning by offering input on dish presentation, ingredient selection, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following all health regulations
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal to prevent contamination
• Support catering events or special functions by preparing and serving meals with professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary environments
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food safety regulations
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating attention to special dietary needs
• Ability to plan menus thoughtfully while considering nutritional value and presentation aesthetics
• Fine dining experience or high-end restaurant background preferred for upscale service standards
• Exceptional serving skills combined with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
