Server/Cook

Job Summary: $18 - $22 / hr DOE + Tips

This position oversees the Cafe/Bar area within Final Table Poker Club.

We are a Small Dynamic Team seeking the right Server/Cook to join us!

This role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service while also preparing and cooking menu items. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, bartending, and working with POS systems. Attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. A background in cocktail preparation and bartending is highly valued, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring a great experience
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails and other drinks, demonstrating bartending skills
• Operate POS system (Toast) accurately for order processing and payment handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations during food preparation and service
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, including cooking and meal preparation
• Bartending experience with knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques
• Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and transactions
• Strong attention to detail in both food presentation and customer interactions
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities within the restaurant setting
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service

Requirements

• Age 21+
• OLCC, or willingness to obtain
• Oregon Food Handler's, or willingness to obtain
• Ability to reliably commute
• Open Availability; ideally available Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Days/Nights

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
