Full job description

At Taftville Pizza, we have an opening for a server/counter helper position. This is a part time position with 30 hours per week. More hours are available, if you choose to work in the back of the house.

Some of the duties expected from you:

• Welcome customers and take their food and drink orders
• Answer phones and enter orders into POS system (Experience with Toast POS is a plus)
• Operate POS terminal to process customers' orders, swipe credit cards, and enter cash amounts
• Provide guests with an excellent dining experience by asking questions about allergies or preferences and initiating conversation for customer confidence
• Set up and keep all eating and serving areas clean and tidy
• Work quickly and accurately and be able to handle pressure moments when they come
• Hand over or close down a clean and safe restaurant service area at the end of shift

The pay starts at $13 per hour, plus tips.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
