Server/Craft Cocktail Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Server/Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in a lively and upscale environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent multitasking abilities, and a strong knowledge of fine dining and beverage service standards.

Duties

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beverages, and food items to guests in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while providing attentive and personalized service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining, nightlife, or hospitality environments; banquet experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing or cocktail crafting is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members.
