We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Floor Leader to join our vibrant hospitality team! Flexible schedule and weekend availability is key and also positive attitude is important contributor on top of previous experience during hiring.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage table assignments and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist in training new team members on food handling, service procedures, and restaurant policies
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and inventory management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

Pay: $18.25-$32.59 per hour
