Shin Sushi is hiring Food Runners / Servers to join our team in Clermont!

Asian cuisine restaurant experience is REQUIRED. Candidates should have previous experience working in a sushi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or other Asian cuisine restaurant.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, energetic team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run food and drinks to guests quickly and accurately
• Take customer orders and provide attentive service
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience
• Follow all restaurant food-safety and service standards
• Support the team during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous Asian cuisine restaurant experience REQUIRED
• Experience in sushi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or similar Asian cuisine preferred
• Server or food runner experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
