SERVER/GRILL SPECIALIST

About the role

The Server / Grill Specialist will deliver exceptional front-of-house hospitality and manage interactive table-side Korean BBQ grilling experiences for guests at an upcoming restaurant in Pererenan. The role requires an energetic, charismatic, and highly attentive professional skilled in food presentation and customer interaction, ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive guest service, take orders accurately using the POS system, explain menu items, and expertly grill meats at customer tables following Korean BBQ standards and safety protocols
• Create a warm, welcoming, and interactive atmosphere, handle guest inquiries, recommend favorite dishes or drink pairings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare and set up the dining area, tables, and service stations before operating hours, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining room throughout service
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen staff, bar teams, and fellow servers to ensure timely food delivery and seamless service flow during peak hours
• Handle customer bills, process payments accurately, and manage basic cashier duties when required

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or Host in upscale restaurants, cafes, or lifestyle F&B venues in Bali
• Experience in Korean dining or interactive grill concepts is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with POS systems, table management, and basic cashier procedures
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and safe table-side handling of hot grills/equipment
• High school diploma or vocational/hospitality certification (SMK Pariwisata or equivalent)
• Outgoing, friendly, confident personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, polite, and efficient under high-pressure or fast-paced environments
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
