Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently to ensure smooth seating flow
• Provide attentive guest service by answering questions, taking orders accurately, and offering menu recommendations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver timely and accurate food and beverage service
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Assist in guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a friendly demeanor .
• Prior experience working with restaurant management software is advantageous
