Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with their orders, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
• Utilize bussing and food preparation skills to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist servers and bartenders with food and drink delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet the needs of the restaurant.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a welcoming and attentive experience for guests.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to accurately manage orders and transactions.
• Proficiency in food preparation and service, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience with food service equipment and processes, including bussing and food delivery.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology, including OpenTable and other point-of-sale systems.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide clear instructions to guests.
• Strong hospitality skills, with a focus on providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
