Server/Host

We're looking for outgoing, dependable people to join our opening front-of-house team as Servers and Hosts.

Boneyard combines elevated bar food, craft cocktails, DJs, live music, and late-night energy with genuine hospitality. We're looking for people who can make guests feel welcome whether they're stopping in for dinner and cocktails or walking into a busy Saturday-night show.

Server Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, knowledgeable table service
• Learn the food, cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits menus
• Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff
• Maintain tables and guest areas throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve basic service issues
• Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work responsibilities
• Maintain service standards during busy nights and live events

Host Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a strong first impression
• Manage the host stand, waitlist, and reservations
• Coordinate seating with servers and management
• Answer basic questions regarding the menu, events, reservations, and venue
• Maintain awareness of table availability and restaurant flow
• Assist with guest needs and front-of-house organization
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming entrance

Compensation: Hourly wage; serving positions are tipped

Pay: $6.05 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
